From fall through spring, our medical staff treats the most severe injuries we see all year. To support the recovery of our feathered friends, register for ‘Walk for Hawks’ and complete a walking, running, or hiking self-challenge during the week of October 7-15.

We are thrilled to announce that FeatherFest was a success! When we totaled all the funds raised - online auction, 50/50, basket raffle, proceeds from snack sales, art pull, and more - we raised over $62,000. We couldn't have done it without you. Thank you! See photos from the event.

This month, we are delighted to feature Berry Brixie in our Volunteer Spotlight. Berry is a passionate animal lover who joined The Raptor Trust after moving to New Jersey a few years ago.

This month, we shine the volunteer spotlight on Kathy Shaw, a dedicated high school English teacher whose heart beats for wildlife.

Our featured volunteer this month is Peggy Lefkin! Peggy has always been interested in birds, and she found The Raptor Trust while trying to get connected with local birding groups on social media.

The results are in! 85 Challengers joined The Raptor Trust and completed their very own personal migration distance during our fourth annual Walk for Hawks migration season challenge.

We are kicking off the event with an Open House in our Education Center Classroom, with refreshments from our event sponsor taim (YUM!)
