Sonny
A BARRED OWL
Sonny was transferred to the Raptor Trust from Avian Haven in Maine, for permanent placement in July 2014. He was found on the ground after falling out of his nest. He had a humeral fracture and the wing was set, but his flight ability is compromised.
Sonny is an impressive, curious owl. He recognizes the TRT staff and plays favorites. He likes the women staff members and really dislikes men, especially men wearing hats!
